Lotus Europa S2 - $5600 (Mission Viejo)
 
1970 Lotus Europa S2, yellow with black trim. First of the "mid-engine" sports cars, 4 cylinder and 4 speed manual transmission.
All original vehicle with all parts sold with the vehicle, including all badging and hardware. Speedo shows 54,292 mls and I have the clean title.
This is a "barn find" (as you can see from the photos) and will need a total restoration, but is very rare and collectable.

There's been a few Europas coming out of the woodwork from your neighborhood up for sale. What's going on?

No clue, I never see Europas on the street around here. I know the area has lots of interesting cars in garages, there is a Pantera down the street and another guy has (7) BMW 5-Series in his garage and taking up parking spaces on my street. Throw in a couple of hot-rods and 2-3 lowriders and you've got my street. if I want to see cars the local Cars & Coffee is Saturday mornings ( and is the latest incarnation of the original Cars & Coffee started in the late 1990's at Crystal Cove near Laguna Beach).
