Repairing S2 steel wheels
« on: Friday,February 01, 2013, 08:05:47 AM »
Not sure why the three wheel repair shops contacted down here in the San Diego area won't repair steel wheels.  I have four wheels with varous dings and dents that I want to have fixed up prior to refurbishing.

Anyone up in the LA or Orange county area have their steel wheels straightened or trued up recently by a wheel repair outfit or know of one?

I may end up giving them a call since there are so few alternatives.

Mike, picked up a S2 hulk from a East LA scrap metal yard last week. Would not want to be walking in that area even in the daytime. What a miserable and scary area.
