Re-assembling the front suspension is a two person job. One to align all the parts, and another inside the car, feeding the upper wishbone/spring bolt through.
I recently found myself helper-less when putting new springs on. A trip through my toolbox uncovered a set of hose gripper pliers. They easily fit through the hole into the cockpit, grab the bolt shaft and pull the bolt through in small steps. My other hand was free to set and align the parts as the bolt made its way through.
Just thought this might be a good tip to post.
