Hi,
As BDA says, it's Triumph Spitfire/Herald, mid->late 60s variants. They are Girling Type 14 calipers, the GT6 has Type 16 calipers with 54mm pistons. If you're buying from one of your specialists then you'll have no problems in getting parts, but if you're buying from a general motor factor, quote the specific caliper type rather than "Spitfire/Herald". Some very early Triumphs had type 12 calipers which apparently is a fractionally different piston size although still a nominal 48mm and I think the dust sealing arrangement is different as well.
Although rusting pistons isn't a massive problem, if you have the option of a stainless alternative I would go for it, that's one potential problem solved for good.
