Renault BRETILLE O.E. PISTONS /RINGS/ LINERS

Anyone familiar with these for use in the S2s?  Looking at the photo, the pistons appear to be flat top, low compression.

Joji, according to the S-2 manual the bore is either 76mm or 77mm and the gudgeon pin is 20mm. So not sure what he is selling is compatable. His are 79mm bore and a gudgeon pin of 21mm.
