Exhaust.
« on: Monday,April 25, 2016, 01:44:30 PM »
Having shopped around I have found a company to make me a stainless steel rear silencer for my Renault powered S2 £90.  Feeling pleased.  Photos to follow.

I recently bought a stainless steel complete system and all that fitted was the rear box. The flanges were so distorted they would not sit against the head, the bends so tight on the down pipes it was nearly impossible to get the manifold nuts on. The pipes so badly out of shape I disconnected the linkage that hold the gear change linkage but then the pipes stood 2 inches to proud to re connect the linkage. If this supplier makes a good job that fits Id be interested in getting a full system for mine.

Too bad it doesn't have equal length primary pipes.
