Hello Derek and welcome to this great forum. As I said on the Lotus Utah page, I'm thrilled to find another Europa in this area (Salt Lake City, Utah).  I've been traveling in Peru since the end of May, just got back this morning, and just read this thread....

There were originally plastic tees that failed and perhaps other plastic bits but I think the fuel lines were originally nylon and last a very, very long time.

The stitches look really good. I wish I could give you some advice but you are way out of my league. I'm sure you'll figure it out and it will look great.

It reminds me of a story I read many years ago about an old guy who worked at Lotus and was supposed to be a master at cutting (and presumably sewing) the upholstery for the Loti of that era (Europa, Elan, etc.). I had no doubt that he could cut the patterns out very efficiently but I think he cut it a little too close sometimes!  :P I also wonder if he chose the glue. He certainly could have chosen better!
