Hot Rod Kent 1600 and Type E transmission to BAT.
« on: Wednesday,January 29, 2025, 04:43:01 PM »
Not sure exactly when, but my Hot Rod Kent 1600 and Type E transmission are going to be listed on BAT.
Never had it apart so I do not know what pistons it has but I do know the head is ported and the 40 DHLA manifold is matched.
These were used in a lot of cars and I know many here have more than just Europa's in their collections.

When this sells I should be able to get active on the manufacturing efforts.

It looks like your motor hit BaT today (https://bringatrailer.com/listing/ford-kent-1600-cross-flow-711m/).

Good luck!

Relieved to have done a little better than the minimum I had hoped for, $4,050.

Now if I can just use a little restraint (That means not go buy another car!) I should be able to get some CAD done.
It seems my PC is too weak to run the CAD program well.
I will look into an upgrade but I may be back to paying to get the rockers done.
