So, if this is an added kit, might it have been installed incorrectly?

Although I was told that there should be a switch on my dash, I think that that info was given me by a guy looking at a US version, as per the link above. I've seen several UK cars here

The dash on this, and several others, are nothing like the US dash i.e no hazard switch as standard. As someone has pointed out that this type of switch was an aftermarket fitment to those who felt the need.

I've tried a new Lucas 2 pin relay, and I did wonder if my original has gone pop and the new one is not the same spec, and I should try and locate a new-old-stock relay?
As I'm getting power to the light bulb wires at all four corners and continuity of the earth at all four corners I feel that it can only be the relay.

A Tridon HD12 is a good 2 terminal flasher and readily available.

If you are running LED bulbs, you will need a special flasher,

I replaced the original 3 pin relay with one that works with LED's and emits a high pitched squeak when indicating. I've also bought an aftermarket hazard switch (that they use on tractors!) and another hazard relay that I have yet to fit. I'll work out the wiring when I do this.  STILL need to sort my clutch out first.....

Slips once car has warmed up and is being driven more vigorously in higher gears.  It could be engine/gearbox mounts allowing too much movement as cable outer is still mounted to chassis. I have the mounts and the engine mounted bracket so they will be my starting point. Mainly I need to make time (and garage space because that is rammed at the moment). Life is giving me other priorities at the moment.
