Beautifully done.  Excellent job with the chassis removal/replacement.

Did you fabricate the close-out panel between the backlite and headliner?  Aluminum?  Is it close to the original?

My chassis is the original one (N°9). A little modified on the underside because my body remains removable.
I do not understand your question. There is no aluminum plate for the air outlet, the roof foam must be thin enough to leave an air passage.

with modified hinges and the gutter in the front under the hood, the front is completely sealed. This allows it to be used also to put luggage on the spare wheel and behind the headlights

I finally got the choke/heat labels done.  I had the graphics shop do a second run as the original set of six were less than perfect.  These are pretty sweet. Silk screened on foil.  Cost break down is $24.91 per label and I have four available if anyone is interested.

Any interest in more of these? Would be on thin aluminum and adhesive backed, using the same file. Price should be under $20 each at qty 16+, I don't mind sitting on extras for a while though.
