It's never good when the belly has been laying in the mud for years. A few more photos of interior and engine bay would help determine what is really there. Will need a frame and likely many other chassis parts. Still, if it was parked in my yard, I can't help but think there is something I could do with it. Perhaps a good candidate for some ruthless modification; a new frame and some off-the-wall engine swap. I wouldn't even paint it, just keep it nasty.
Just thinking out loud there. There is just something about a cool car in the rough that gets the creative juices flowing.
