Indicator Light Lens Fixing Screws
« on: Thursday,September 21, 2023, 07:11:30 AM »
Does anyone know the thread size of the 4 screws that hold the rear side, indicator, brake and reversing light lens to the light frame, and the 2 screws that hold the round amber plastic lens to the front indicator lights?

Mine have rusted, and I need to replace with new.

I have answered my own question by finding my collection of small metric and imperial screws.

Front are 3mm.

Rear are 1/8" UNC.

Quite how Lucas managed to mix metric and imperial I cannot understand, but the front screw into brass lugs and the rear screw into the plastic casing, so I can see the logic for coarse and fine threads, but not for a metric/imperial mix.
