I finally got around to using this ac hose crimper. 👍👍👍😃. Using it to repair a whip hose on my 3/8 air ratchet. I purchased it 40 years ago and thought at the time it was expensive but having a swivel at the base of a ratchet is necessary.
Alas the hose blew out so I dug out this crimper that uses bead lock connectors . Setup was pretty self explanatory and I was finished in minutes. No air leaks, now to fix a few more that I have laying around.
Do I dare to try on 3400 psi hose? Pressure washer line. Next job my ac lines in Europa. For some reason I had a $100. Gift card on Amazon so it was steal.
Anyone have a special tool they have found useful?
