Rear upright/drive axle, bearing assembly TCS

Any advise on assembly? Seems pretty straight forward, but thought I would ask. Thanks

Other than follow the manual, use Loctite 635 (green) on the splines of the half shaft. The Loctite called out in the manual is an obsolete number. r.d. enterprises used to sell small bottles of the stuff. I suspect they still do and is a good idea.

Use hardened spacers, the stock ones are crap.

There have been issues with double sealed bearings having too small an area on the inner race from spacers and yokes to bear against.  This leads to a bending movement that wears the surfaces and creates play.
