Sense of Balance
« on: Friday,February 25, 2022, 02:03:41 PM »
Today’s drive only produced the loss of two parts.  Nothing critical so I opted to not replace them.  The yellow water hose covers visually balancing the plug wires are gone.  I doubt anyone will notice, but my original vision is gone… I need a drink.  :BEER3:
Yes, it's work...   No, I don't mind it.

I like the braid look, but just my 2 cents. The cap, I can go either way on color.  Don't sweat the small stuff, It's totally amazing.

 “They fell off???”

The 3D printed ends that held them in place vibrated loose and the covers separated.  One fell onto and wedged itself in the exhaust manifold.  The other made a beautiful ringing sound on the asphalt and took a gloriously spinning journey into the forest at the side of the road.  I can easily make another if I get the urge but for now it’s more important I update the ancient iphone gps unit.  All to impress the Cub Scouts at the Pinewood Derby here in April.  Youngsters need to experience the classics and what can be done with them.

That kind of reminds me of the flywheel on my KDX 80 dirt bike back in the 80's... I was driving down the road without a stator cover and the flywheel flew off, passed me, and went speeding down into the woods. It took two months to find that dang thing..   :BBQ:
