So far, yesterday the battery voltage was 12.95.
12 hours later the voltage was 12.95
12 hours later the voltage was 12.93
12 hours later the voltage was 12.93
12 hours later the voltage was 12.91

So I hope the relay I replaced was the culprit that killed two batteries in three weeks.  I tested the relay I removed, there are four tests and I performed three, and it passed the three tests.  I have to make up some wiring to do the fourth test.
I am going to leave the battery disconnect in place and put the extra weight out of my mind.

I drove the car today.  Before I left the battery was at 12.91 volts.  I have not had the fuse in the radio and have not yet replaced it.  After the drive the battery voltage was 13.03 volts.
I think I am going to repeat the test again with the radio fuse installed and see if there is a difference.

Does your radio store settings that requires constant juice to it? It seems like an unlikely source of your problems but something I thought about because my radio has that.

Yes, I believe it will remember stations, EQ settings, and power the clock.  Maybe more.
