Relieved to see that neither of those is anywhere near a production Europa.
I want to complete and drive mine for a few years, need stable relatively modest prices for that.
Values may skyrocket once I'm too feeble to drive, or dead.

Rich, I don't understand your logic. As long as parts prices and labor stay relatively the same, it doesn't matter how much the Europa goes up (if you already own a car). Uprising prices would only effect future Europa owners.

Don't want to have my Europa end up like a Ferrari.
Too valuable to drive as it becomes irreplaceable and insurance cost go insane as well.
I'm perfectly happy with current realistic values of around $15K for decent but not exceptional S2's.

I love that Blue car I have seen it on YouTube a couple of times.  I would love to see it in person one day.
