Windscreen surround question

Hi All

I need to replace the windscreen surround but it seems the original rectangular style is no longer available at least not in the UK - is that correct?

Lotus-supplies lists windscreen surround with matching corners (https://www.lotus-supplies.com/part-category/bodywork/glass-bodywork/). If that proves unhelpful, r.d. enterprises on our side of pond has surround with matching corners too (rdent.com).

Looking at both SJS & Lotus Supplies, that looks to have a rounded profile and when I come to think of it I haven't seen the flattened version for some time now.  Paul Matty also shows a rounded profile for the Europa (and then shows it fitted to a +2 ! )

For a definitive answer I'd ring Richard although if Lotus Supplies don't have the original stuff then I doubt anyone will have.  If it does exist anywhere it might be very old stock ?

It looks lke my conclusion was correct i.e. the original rectangular trim isn't available anymore.

Yup, not available for sa long time.  Richard made the new corners to suit the available trim.  It all works as a package.  You can't fit the new trim with the old corners and vice versa.
