listing my '71 Europa for sale.   50 detailed pictures and video clip on my "hobby" website "TaylorMadeClassicCars" dot com.
$7,500
very complete, engine runs, windshield cracked, body good, chassis & frame good, needs total restoration
Spent 4+ hours at the local DMV and now have certificate of title in my name ready to go! :)

I don't understand the "great" bit. That car needs everything doing, you will blow 10k before you can sneeze.

Europa values are fairly good at the moment and they have increased over the past 5 years.
Any similar project to this will be around that figure (prices possibly a little more here in the UK?)   
$7,500 represents under £6000 for a project but it has to be accepted that the costs of restoration are often nowhere near the final value.
Very few who undertake a restoration would ever expect or assume that they'd make some profit at the finish line....

i spent over 4+ hours at the local DMV and now successfully have the certificate of title clear and in my name ready to go.
I will be listing this on Ebay MOtors later this week.   FYI only.
