this seller is VERY, VERY motivated to sell it all very cheaply, so don't miss out.   I was in contact about the only obvious Elan part (the wheel) but shipping cross country becomes cost prohibitive.    he was willing to ship it ALL to get rid of it,  so I suggest anyone on the west coast should jump on this NOW!  :)   if I were over there, i'd buy it all and sell it for much more.

Price dropped from $2000 to now $1400. Thinking about it.....
