I had a recent issue trying to start 2112P TCS. while rebuilding everything else I was not too bothered but as I'm getting near completion (I must post progress and pics) it was time to get the engine set up properly. but just would not start, spent a couple of weeks on and off trying to sort it checked everything ignition, spark, timing carbs .... hmm but just no luck! before she would burst into life with just a touch of the starter. I looked at the plugs and they weren't wet, this confused me for a while. It then dawned on me in my haste to fill up the tanks when I changed them a coupe of months ago I put in half a gallon of diesel in with the petrol
:headbanger:as I did the same with the lawn mower even more
serves me right not labelling the fuel cans properly. fuel drained and refilled started straight away.....I wondered why it smoked a bit last time I ran it too....! as it started on petrol ok and then went on to run on the petrol diesel mix
fules cans properly labeled too.
