Post by: BDA on Wednesday,October 15, 2014, 11:26:58 AM: It has VERY few miles on it. Most of them from the first month or two of my ownership (about 10K) and about 6K since "finished" rebuilding it in 1999. More than 1K of that in the last month.

I don't think it will ever really be finished but it's in the best shape it's ever been in since I "finished" it and I'll be driving it a lot more from now on! ;D

But yes, by all means, drive that thing. I can't stay out of mine. I've put 18,000 miles on it since I got it four years ago. Every once in awhile I realise a month or two has gone by without driving the Lotus, and of course living in Nova Scotia it gets put away for at least six or seven months during winter each year, but generally I jump into it any time I can find an excuse to do so. Multi-day road trips are best, pure Lotus indulgence day after day. There is nothing better. :pirate:
