Sadly no pictures of the interior or the engine... :(

Seems like BS ….

I’d say BS, too. First off, different colors have sometimes very different bodies. Various elements remind me of different sports cars. Maybe these are cars at a custom car show, with “LOTUS” photoshopped into strategic places, not always with Lotus’s font.

Thought the Emira was the last gas engine Lotus ?
-
Hi folks,
I find that hard to believe, from the news over here Lotus are/were dithering between an all electric sports car with batteries stacked behind the seats to get a typical mid engine weight distribution and having them under the floor like everyone else for a 2+2 car. The latest I heard was they were now considering the hybrid route so unveiling a completely new ICE car sounds out of step.
From what I can see they can't sell the Emira, which by all accounts is an excellent car (looks phenomenal) but with the usual Lotus QC troubles. And for a £80k list price car there are plenty on the market in the £60k range around 1yr old or less with anything from delivery miles to a couple of thousand so I just can't see them introducing another design to compete with it.
This month they've announced 200 job cuts, a new CEO and the hybrid idea....

If it was the 1st April, I'd say someone's been very creative with Adobe Premiere and Photoshop..... :)

This is pure BS! There are so many problems starting with the 40+ year old designs and no longer legal items like the pop-up headlights. As my British friends would say, Bollocks! It’s pure rubbish. Whether it was AI generated or someone with too much time on their hands playing with images I can’t tell. Nor do I care.
Why anyone falls for this shite is beyond me. There isn’t a car group I belong to that hasn’t had people posting similar crap. From the next gen Toyota 86/Subaru BRZ to every other sports or hyper car on the planet.
They must get paid for the clicks generated to keep doing this stuff. Or it is some sort of nefarious plot by a foreign power.
-
I wouldn't call it BS, it doesn't rise to that level. It's called "slop"(*) - low quality AI generated clickbait with minimal creative human input. Once you recognize slop for what it is, it's easier to ignore.

The entire channel is AI slop, no need to speculate. This is less than a nothingburger.

And in other news of a Europa we will never see, Jenson Button's Radford project has filed for bankruptcy amongst accusations of creative accounting by Ant Anstead.

Now that is sad. I thought it was a good modern rendition of the 62.

I love to stir the proverbial pot. :FUNNY:
If only it be true,... we won't succumb the Jaguar fate...another throw that at ya.

AI generated channel. :o
The wheel nuts are as randomly placed as the fingers on AI generated humans ;D
