Gotta love the respect for Jim Clark, but, really?

The artwork on the front cover must have cost a lot.

Personally, I don't like it, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion on that.

So far, we’re all in agreement. It’s a nice picture of Clark but I’d rather it as a poster or a framed picture than painted on the bonnet of a car. The other stickers are silly too, IMHO.

I would have much preferred to see some photos of the engine compartment than a trunk tray full of rusty bits!

This TC was on Ebay in early 2022. It didn't sell at $18K without all those stickers. It is on Ebay now for $40K with all stickers. Stickers covered up spider cracks?

"The items removed from the car come with it. with the exception of the original steering wheel ( It will hang on the wall of my shop)"

As they say, when buying a car sight unseen on an auction site, you have to go with your vibes about the seller's credibility! (not to mention awareness - how hard is it to hit the "Seller's Other Items" link?)  Just saying.......

Must be some really valuable stickers. Can't see anything else that could possibly explain doubling the price into the stratosphere.

Actually, I do wonder what is hiding UNDER all those stickers. Every time this car gets posted, which has been over several years now, it is ten tons of hyperbole. AKA BS. Whole lot of sizzle in the ad but looks more like ground beef than steak. Seriously, he couldn't at least paint that cam cover? And those wire mesh Stromberg intake covers are just asking for added engine wear. Out with those - get some K&N's. But overall, who would this appeal to beyond a kid playing with Matchbox cars, especially at this price? Seems rather comical looking.
