Not sure on the operation of the DB10 relay irt the brake light switch input. As I understand it, power is fed from the fuse to the brake switch to #5 on the relay and then to the brake light/turn signal #3 &7, then to bulbs to ground. Does the stop light power input override the turn signal circuit when the brake is applied or do the flashers override the applied brake power?
Any input appreciated.

On S2's there isn't one, not even on the headlights. There isn't much amp draw/current on the brakes to really need a relay.

Think I figured it out, at least the possible cause of no brake lights. The #5 DB10 terminal for the brake lights goes to ground, which is not correct. I bought a new Lucas unit which is all electronic, must have an internal short. Probably just put on the original DB10 that has no such short.

Kram that GP wire at the brake goes very close to the frame, you may want to ring out that wire and also the brake light switch.
Just a thought.
