A controversial subject, of course, but I quite like the Foose implementation.
I also reckon it improved the side view of the car.

I suspect I will be adding a fan at or near floor level to push air into the engine compartment.
As an example, 9" and 2300 CFM at 4.5 Amps has to be more than any scoop will provide.
I may also block the rear screen to prevent hot air recirculating.
