Does anyone have photos of the top of a Renault engine  with the  head off, especially the camshaft areas?

Wow thanks just what I wanted.  But now  I have a  question,  what is the big rectangular hole under the cam behind the distributor/ oil pump drive  gear?

 Just an oil cavity, no drain or flow.
   I haven’t yet figured out it intended purpose, possibly to ware up oil on cold days?
