There is a nut securing the pivot bolt to the bottom of the housing. It might be easier to work on the frozen bolt with the extension box out of the car. The box is secured to the backing plate inside the front chassis by four bolts. Remove the entire assembly.

Cycles of heat and penetrating oil can be successful, loosen slightly, retighten and repeat until it comes loose

I soaked the part but it’s frozen tight I tried putting a deep socket on top and squeeze it in the vise
Looks like the bolt is bringing the sleeve with it
I need to take this apart to remove the clevis pin

By the way for the new mc you need à longer clevis pin
I took mine out of a Honda civic 2009

Last picture bolt and sleeve came out

Once the bolt and sleeve came out I soaked them in penetrating oil
Then heated them up with propane and they came apart hammered the bump it made redrilled to 1/4
And reassembled now a new problem
The part of the mc shaft where the clevis pins goes in rubs on the side of the extension box I used the complete new mc do I have to modify something

Is the longer Honda pin you used creating an issue?

No the Honda pin is same diameter as the original one it’s just a bit longer it doesn’t rub anywhere
My problem is the rod from the new mc rubs on the side
I’m going to take it apart and compare with the old mc

Problem solved I filed down the side just a bit and it’s perfect no more rubbing and some clearance didn’t take much
Second picture showing the clearance also you can see the clevis pin that came off a civic 2009 brake pedal
