Title: S1 FUEL SENDER MODIFIED FROM S2 SENDER
Post by: My S1 on Wednesday,February 22, 2023, 04:27:20 PM
I was only able to locate and purchase an S1 Fuel Sender so I spent quite a bit of time (retired...) calculating and modifying an S2 Sender.  Hopefully these diagrams will save another S1 owner, with an original tank, some hours of figuring.

Forgot to mention, the S2 sender from R.D. was so long that I first cut about an inch off the end of the arm then re-bent a new loop to retain the float.

At the back of the gauge are one or two adjustable spring anchors.  Turning them will change the gauges sweep range and rate.  You should be able to fine tune it so it more accurate reads the tanks contents.
