Is there a drawing with dimensions of the pedal assembly available?
-
I found a drawing for dual M/Cs that you should be able to adapt here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1RE6xKmBQ1UNNfADyDYKkhPpZwlese3Oa
I think JB fab'ed his own pedals and might have some drawings.

Thanks BDA!

TurboFource,
Please find attached - note, these are not my drawings - I filed them away some time back when I came across them.
-
Has anyone fabricated a set of pedals from these drawings?
I seriously question the ability of an 1/8" spiral pin being able to handle forces
of a clutch long term..... :o
-
Agreed, an 1/8" pin is too small for my comfort zone. If we're to adhere to the 1/3 diameter as the rule of thumb, that still only permits a ~ 4mm pin. Maybe make that lever arm wider and use 2 x 4mm pins - one on each side?
I'd seriously consider just welding it on. With the inclusion of a couple of grease nipples, it'll last another 50 years.
Anyone know who did the drawing?
Hang on . . the drawing calls out a 1/2" inner shaft??
Is that as per stock on the TCS? I ask because my S2 uses a 3/4" OD hollow shaft.
-
I am using a 3/4” shaft and I have decided to weld the arm on.
I will also provide a way to lubricate the oilite bushings I am using.

......Anyone know who did the drawing?
Whoever it was - he or she wasn't in the UK.... :))
-
Anyone using something other than rubber pads on their pedals?
-
Not me but I've seen some with that expanded metal mesh edge welded to the pedals.

Found these old pics . .
