Has anyone got pictures or a drawing of the brake pipe routing for a RHD Spyder Special chassis with a single servo? I'm rebuilding a Federal Special in the UK and toying with putting the servo in the front. My chassis has pipe clips both sides inside the lower spine. Any advice?

Chris, My LHD spyder chassis came with pipe clips for both left and right drive. If you like I can draw a picture you can reverse.

Thanks Sandy, I wondered if there were redundant clips. A sketch would be great if you can spare the time. Strangely there is no drawing for RHD with servo in the manual?

My Europa is an S2. No servos. Would you still like the other pipe routing?

Don't worry Sandy, very nice of you to offer. If I get stuck on a specific point I'll give you a shout. It can't be too difficult, it's just that I'm not replicating the original. Chris

It’s all pretty straightforward. Much shorter brake pipe runs with the booster up front. I would use a metal tube for the bulk of the vacuum routing though. Also remember flexible vacuum hose needs to be reinforced and oil proof.
