Looks to be very good.  Would want to poke the front of the chassis with an ice-pick.  Their tire rubbing issue is simply failed a-arm bushings, easy fix.

Frame worries aside, that looks like an amazing S1a! That should make a really nice project for someone!

It's been badly hit in the rear and the chassis needs to be replaced. I looked at this car more than a year ago. Pics attached.

Too bad, I was looking to see what it would sell for before putting a friends 67 S1A up for sale.
