Title: S2 RHD brake master cylinder installation

Hi does anyone have any pics of the brake master cylinder installation on a RHD S2? mine looks as though the brake line from the outlet port is going to be rubbing against the steering rack gaitor (although it does look a rather large o.d. gaitor)

Hi Graham,
If you mean the single circuit OEM version, then yes it is a very tight fit. This is my TC before I went to a dual circuit system but it shows how close it is.

I have fitted 7 single circuit master cylinders to RHD cars, and not only do they all touch the rubber gaiter, but the bend on the brake pipe is directly after the male fitting, and can be difficult to make and fit.

Thank you all for the info and thank you Brian for that photo, that is exactly how mine will be. I just wanted to confirm I hadn't missed something.
