Title: High out alternator for wedge engine.

   Looking for 100 amp alternator for a wedge engine . I had a unit come in but the mounting bracket was to far forward and had no aft support. It also restricted distributor movement but I later learned the vacuum advance would have to go also.
  Anyone know of a source?  These specs fell a little short.

You could turn the distributor 90 or 180 degrees and re-orient your ignition wires.

   Okay I’ve done that .  Duh!
I returned that alternator anyway and contacted another supplier, so far, No known direct replacements available so far.
  It looks like a little more modifications coming my way.
