I've always liked microcars, over here in the UK they seem to attract very enthusiastic owners.

The smallest I've seen is the Peel microcar, like the one driven around the BBC by Jeremy Clarkson on Top Gear

About 1-2 minutes into the clip.

Loved every minute of the video Brian . The suitcase handle was the best.

If anyone has an Instagram account, look up, Silodrone . Amazing pics that would keep a car or aviation buff busy .

That looks like the Messerschmitt bubble car ? 2 seats in-line and very "aero" like i think a lot of the era were.  They seem to be at a premium over here, once you could buy them for pennies, now it's thousands. But the same with the other period bubbles, they've just come of age.

Close by us there's a couple of folks who set themselves up with a "bubble car museum" which is a fascinating couple of hours if you like that sort of car.   We've been twice now because they change exhibits, more cars than space to show is their problem. Their website is "limited" in what it shows, this google link gives a better idea of the variety they have.

That's a good description of the place, it's very much like going round to a mate's garage and talking cars all afternoon (something we'd all be good at ! ).

We've known about them for probably 15yrs now and they've had a couple of premises, basically farms with outbuildings that they converted. This latest one is the best because there's an area where enthusiasts can hold rallies (you don't need a big field, these are small cars  :)  )

It is a labour of love though, I doubt they'll ever be rich but they sure put a lot of smiles on a lot of faces.

Loved the Peel P50!   Would be perfect to take to Wally World ....if they would let you drive the aisles with it ???
