Title: NG3 change problem

Are the guys who are running NG3 boxes retaining the cross gate spring loading to 3rd 4th? ie. When gear lever released it springs to 3rd 4th position.
Mine doesn't have any and is difficult to select 3rd from 2nd.
Fine in all other gears. Cheers

I run a 395 (slightly smaller NG3) and it has the spring loading to the 3/4 plane. I also added a reverse lock out.  Shifting is easy and intuitive.

That's good to hear. I've done the reverse lock out using a central locking actuator on the original Renault baulk cable. Works a treat.
