Hello guys
Ive bought a set of 8.0 mm Magnecore spark plug wires
I would also want to change the ignition coil with a "sport" one
What would your recomandations be?

When I needed to replace my coil, I upgraded to the Lucas Gold coil, sometimes referred to as the Lucas Sport Coil. I honestly have no idea how it compares to other readily available coils on the market (and I don't recall off-hand the impedance), but it is an upgrade over stock, and is a period-ish piece that integrates well with a mostly stock ignition.
I currently run points, which I like (yeah, I'm the one), but quality ignition replacement parts, especially the points themselves, are no longer available. Just off-shore junk that is barely worth its weight in monkey dung. I have a new Pertronix electronic ignition on the shelf, and will eventually replace my points distributor with it (sniff). I expect my Lucas Gold coil to work with that system, as well.

The gold Lucas coil was one of my alternatives as is a correct period item
I tought you may have other recomandations
I was opting betwen the Lucas Gold ,Bosch or this accuSpark with electric condenssor

If you are running an electronic ignition, it will have a recommended primary resistance for the coil. Lucas Sport coil is a touch over 3 ohms and is fine to use with Pertronix. Using a coil with that low resistance with points may result in shorter points life.
