That model keeps the width small and really makes it a true 3 car garage lift. :beerchug:

What brand of lift? I was looking at an Atlas lift.
Does it work well?

Your lift looks to be almost identical to the one I have. Mine is an Auto Lift from Best Buy, pretty cheap. Almost a one man operation for assembly and took about a weekend to put together. My Best Buy outlet was only 20 miles away so was able to pick up the lift package with a rented trailer and unload it by myself.

It's a Triumph lift but after searching the net I think a lot of these lifts are made in the some place China, and sold by many different co.
It took about 6 hours and 2 people to put assemble with online instructions as there is no paperwork??
I had an electrician friend help with wiring as there are no instructions for this and it had 1 red 1 black & 1 green wire 110 volt 30 amp??
We used the red as hot black as neutral green as ground. I plugged it into a 20 amp single outlet for garage only and it works good. :beerchug:

I have been looking at 4 post lifts to stack my Europa and Elan Coupe.
Howrver, my garage internal height will be around 2350mm, not sure that I’d get one car above the other... :headbanger:

After 35+ years of Lotus and motorcycles being a passion you tend to accumulate a lot of parts. I didn't realize how much until I built my detached garage and moved stuff in. The four post lift was an attempt to give me more room; as you can see it was a partial success. The lift is used exclusively for storage. I have room for second lift right next to the current one. I'll lose some room for parts storage but that can be addressed with a storage shed.
The lifts that brucelotus26R and I have appear to be the typical generic Chinese made lift sold by many vendors. I bought mine for less than $1500 about ten years ago. Checking the lift on Best Buys website, the price has gone up considerably. If anyone is considering a four post lift, I would like to repeat that unloading and setup can be done by one person; I've done it. All you need is an engine hoist, a floor jack and a couple of moving dollies.
I can't tell from the pictures by brucelotus26R how high his ceiling is but if it's the standard 8' (?) ceiling, it's possible that any maintenance on the car will have to be done sitting on a stool or bent over.
