Something for our European friends to check out. I was bored and lonely today so I downloaded the current Girling master catalog and trolled through the illustrated section for suitable replacement master cylinders. I found one (1) — and only one (1) — that looks promising. It has a 17.5mm bore (0.70”) and vertical mounting flanges. As to the rest, who knows. It would be worth checking out though.
The Girling part number is 4003118
The applications are all Citroën:
C15 1.0 07/86 to 05/88 LHD
Visa 0.6 09/78 to 12/87
Visa 11E 09/78 to 12/87
Visa 14GT 08/82 to 12/87
I can’t check it out as I am on the wrong side of the pond.
