Hi
I have found a fault on this engine, I knew it wasn´t all ok (uses too much fuel), and there is two things I've noticed now.
I tried too adjust the idle mixture on all cylinders but on the two in front, 3 and 4, no changes was heard when the idle mixture screws were turned. Then there was click sound from the top where cylinder 3 and 4 are. I have heard it before but I thought it was normal. Now I think those two things are related.
Anyone have ideas?

The click sound is not loud, so I hope it's not a big problem. I Haven't heard it when driving. I can only hear it when standing beside the engine.
I thought that if nothing happens by turning those idle mixture screws the fuel must be delivered from a following curcuit. It's starting and running fine.

It is very difficult to diagnose without being there. Carbs are always last on the list when making adjustments or troubleshooting. First, make sure the engine is up to snuff:
- re-torque head (807 engines require regular re-torquing)
- adjust valves
- check compression
- check timing and advance
That's all good?
Now you can look at the carbs.
