I assume you've checked the usual suspects - r.d. enterprises, dave bean, etc. (more here: http://www.lotuseuropa.org/LotusForum/index.php?topic=1389.0). While searching for some I also found a new place (their website is still under construction) http://lotuseuropaparts.com/.

The site is not quite ready for prime time. My favourite quote, and it's used a lot:
I'm a paragraph. Click here to add your own text and edit me. It’s easy. Just click “Edit Text” or double click me and you can start adding your own content and make changes to the font. I’m a great place for you to tell a story and let your users know a little more about you.

They come up on Ebay UK every week and quality is variable. I bought a couple of the £10 badges and the ones I received were ok. Correct bolt on type and a black one is currently on my Elan. There are probably small differences in the font used but frankly your average punter will never know.
For example -

No affiliation to any seller, YMMV, etc.

Thats the wrong font and the logo is placed too high. The correct emblems used sans serif. The serif font wasn't used until the 90s I think.
Here's the correct emblem:

If you want the real gen on the various badges used on Lotus cars over the years, then Mike Causer did a page a few years ago. He's been around Lotus for a long while and I've a lot of respect for his knowledge. It's the best online reference I've found on the variations, plus he has pictures !

The one I listed is the later style font but you can get cheap ebay ones with what looks very much like the correct one if you look around, there are usually several sellers and all around the £10 each mark. That particular guy seems to be knocking out his own variations on the theme, but I've ordered one of his black badge keyrings to go with the black badged car.... ::)
